Cooking Technology & Airflow Management

The exterior shell relies on 300 series stainless steel, while the cooking zone utilizes patented heavy-duty Diamond Sear grids concentrated for maximum surface contact. Vaporizor panels underlie the primary burners to atomize fats before they reach open flame, preventing flare-ups and maintaining consistent thermal distribution. Heat levels are tracked via an easy-to-read faceplate thermometer, and startup uses a flamethrower ignition system. The spring-assisted hood remains stationary during prep, and a lower heavy-duty warming rack holds secondary dishes.

Electrical Integration & Fuel Conversion

Operating both functions requires a dedicated 120VAC/20 Amp circuit. Interior halogen lamps illuminate the interior cavity, while an exterior multi-color LED light bar syncs with a wireless color remote control to adjust scene brightness and hue. An infrared backburner supplies continuous direct flame for the included rotisserie kit or the warming rack position. Each unit ships with a factory gas conversion kit, allowing straightforward transition between natural gas and liquid propane configurations.
